A London based writer and editor specialising in comedy and the arts.

In November 2020, Zoe launched a newsletter for comedy fans recommending shows taking place live and online, LMAOnaise, which has since expanded into an online magazine. LMAOnaise was recently shortlisted for a British Journalism Award, the Women In Journalism Georgina Henry Prize for Digital Innovation in 2023.

Zoe previously worked at the Evening Standard, covering all of London’s cultural activity, and launched the paper’s first LGBTQ+ section.

Prior to this, she was Lifestyle Editor, Acting Features Editor and Features Writer at the Hampstead and Highgate Express, Hackney Gazette and Islington Gazette. She has also written for the Sunday Times, Stylist and The Week.

As a photographer, Zoe has worked at London Fashion Week and Pitti Uomo in Florence, and was shortlisted for Young Digital Photographer of the Year.

She holds a MA with distinction in international journalism from City University London, where she won the Richard Wild Journalism Prize, and a BSc in anthropology from UCL, where she currently works as a project manager.
